After 30 years of professional experience in global companies, I am looking forward to my new role with you as a companion and initiator.
The focus here is on the strategic transfer of knowledge.
Meeting people, cultural diversity, and supporting organizations and their employees are and remain my great passion.
Start-up HR situations in new and old economy settings are a central theme throughout my career path. I have learnt from leaders who have used their enterprising spirit to successfully position their businesses on the market and who have therefore created added value. I am very grateful for these experiences, and I am now in a position to share this know-how with you.
My wealth of experience includes the hotel and catering trade, the finance sector, the IT industry, as well as production companies.
Also the sports sector and service providers are among my clients whom I support in their transformation.
